In this class we focus on mastering the basics and finding confidence in our balance. We spend most of the practice on deep core to give these poses the support they need. We will move through a refreshing, gentle flow to start off the morning with a rejuvenated feeling that lasts all day!!

Dancy, fun seated cardio to begin class. Weights, resistance bands, or just your own body weight are added for strengthening. Use the chair for support during some standing exercises. Laugh a lot. Stretch and cool down.
