Stretch & strength with Katie

Strength and Stretch is a fitness class highly adaptable to all levels! We use free weights and kettlebells, and you choose your comfortable weight – or go without weights! – to tone and strengthen. Isometric exercises allow each student to choose their personal level of intensity. Stretching as we cool down those warmed muscles helps to prevent injury, bring healing, and advance your flexibility.
