Restorative yoga with Katie
Restorative Yoga is a time of peace, healing, and rest for both body and mind. This class consists of just a few poses, all of which are supported with bolsters/pillows, blankets, and other props to provide comfort. Suggestions for meditation may be offered, and you are of course invited to use your own silent meditations or prayers. Come refresh, recharge, and renew as part of your fitness or self-care journey.
