Gentle Yoga with Katie

Gentle Yoga is great for beginners, for those looking to maintain or increase mobility, and for anyone looking to bring a little peace into their inner world! In a Gentle class, poses are described thoroughly, so that you can work towards them safely. Poses are held for several breaths, giving you time to feel and understand how that pose might work for you. A great class for people of all ages!
