Yoga level 1-2 with Devin

a class where we discuss different meditation and breathing styles, have guided meditations, and set aside time for personal practice. Or just come and enjoy the beautiful, serene space as you meditate or pray in your own non-disruptive style! Come occasionally or regularly – each class stands alone, so you won’t have to “catch up,” you’ll just begin or deepen your own meditative path.
