
Yoga Foundations with Katie
Great for beginners and experienced yogi’s alike, this class is created to broaden your practice on both the physical and mental/emotional sides. Classes include options for mantra (silently repeated phrases), mudra (hand positions with associated meanings), and asana (poses). We’ll explore postures and different ways in which they fit in unique bodies. Heighten your practice both on and off the mat!
- GREEN CLASSES – Beginner-friendly. Accessible. Modified to Individual needs. Generally low exertion.
- PURPLE CLASSES – Beginner-friendly. May be more physically taxing. Always adaptable. Invigorating.
- ORANGE CLASSES – Powerful. Strengthening. Quick-paced. Mildly advanced. Greatest physical exertion.
- YELLOW CLASSES – Special Events.
