This beginner-friendly extended class is exactly what it says! 75 minutes of pranayama (breathwork), mantra (repeated intentions or phrases, aloud or silent), asana (postures or poses), and guided meditation to ease you into the coming work week. Floating meditation and savasana are offered, using our aerial silks for a truly unique experience. Every body welcome!
