Tranquil Yoga with Katie (no class 12-14, 12-25, 12-26 or 12-30)
Tranquil Yoga / Heated Tranquil Yoga Slow movement. Adaptable to most bodies. Stretch, breathe, release. No planks, lots of gentle options to support or deepen your practice. Sunday’s class is heated to about 80 degrees.
- GREEN CLASSES – Beginner-friendly. Accessible. Modified to Individual needs. Generally low exertion.
- PURPLE CLASSES – Beginner-friendly. May be more physically taxing. Always adaptable. Invigorating.
- ORANGE CLASSES – Powerful. Strengthening. Quick-paced. Mildly advanced. Greatest physical exertion.
- YELLOW CLASSES – Special Events.
