Strength and Stretch Fitness is a class built especially for you, every single week! Sounds crazy, but it’s true! This class uses weight-bearing exercises to help tone and strengthen, then specific stretches to cool down warmed muscles and increase flexibility. But every single exercise can be done without weights, with lighter weights, or with heavier weights. Each stretch can be modified for your needs, and those modifications are given in every class.
