Mindful Movement with Katie
An opportunity to calm your mind, focus your energy, and connect mind, body, breath, and spirit. We’ll flow through gentle asanas (poses), finding stretch, strength, and physical agility. Asanas are combined with biofeedback techniques to calm anxiety, cope with stress, and enhance your journey beyond the yoga studio. Pranayama (breath techniques) and mantra (repeated sounds or intentions, usually silent) will be offered for a deep, healing practice.
