Hot Vinyasa with Katie

This class is focused heavily on physical fitness, but remains true to the mind-body-breath-spirit connection yoga intends. Our room is heated to between 85°F and 90°F to give you greater flexibility, enhanced detox, and increased calorie burn. Your practice includes a continual flow of movement in tandem with breath, peppered with opportunities for challenging asanas (poses) and deep stretch. Students are encouraged to practice within their comfort levels, with a spirit of self-acceptance and curiosity. End your practice with chilled towels during savasana (an intentional period of mental and physical rest; literally “corpse pose.”)
