HOT Strength and Stretch Yoga with Katie
A traditional yoga class for all levels. What might be called a “slow flow” or “Hatha plus” class, there are always options to make the practice more or less intense for each individual. Sunday’s class is heated to about 90 degrees.
- GREEN CLASSES – Beginner-friendly. Accessible. Modified to Individual needs. Generally low exertion.
- PURPLE CLASSES – Beginner-friendly. May be more physically taxing. Always adaptable. Invigorating.
- ORANGE CLASSES – Powerful. Strengthening. Quick-paced. Mildly advanced. Greatest physical exertion.
- YELLOW CLASSES – Special Events.
