gentle yoga with lily no class 2/4

In this class we focus on mastering the basics and finding confidence in our balance. We spend most of the practice on deep core to give these poses the support they need. We will move through a refreshing, gentle flow to start off the morning with a rejuvenated feeling that lasts all day!! 

Thursday – Mixed Levels Yoga: this class is geared to beginners & those who have yoga experience alike. You can expect to find poses accessible to all with modifications & more challenging options offered. There will be some vinyasa style postures linking breath & movement.
