gentle chair yoga with Katie no class 5/28
Yoga for all bodies! In this class, there is no need to be able to sit down on a mat, or fold your body into downward-facing dog. We’ll have a full practice using chairs and other props to support each pose, with options to gently fit the pose into each unique body.
