Energizing Yoga is an upbeat, gently challenging yoga class. This class includes lots of movement, and brings focus to energizing the body and mind. Each pose is described in detail as we move, so that you can expand your practice safely. We’ll build heat in the muscles, focus in the mind, and peace in the soul.
