This practice is focused on strength, both mental and physical. Yes, it’s a workout, but you’ll discover more than just physical benefits! Find enhanced mental clarity, elevated mood, empowered spirit, and renewed energy. While it is helpful to have some yoga experience, this class is accessible to beginners as well! All movements have options for making the physical aspect of this practice more or less intense as necessary.
