Fitness for everyone! This class might use chairs, but that doesn’t keep you from getting a great, full-body workout. Adapt this class to your own needs, adding weights to movements or working without them. Some standing movement is generally used, but exercises are able to be completed from the chair if you need or want. Adaptable. Accessible. Fitness for every body.
