Yoga Sprytes is a class designed for Younger Humans aged 6-12, and their accompanying grown-up.
We’ll do lots of stretches, and focus on our breathing some. We’ll learn about staying calm when something might be frustrating, and how to turn a frustration into something you can do! We’ll do poses like cat, cow, cobra, butterfly, unicorn, and mountain. And if you don’t know what those are, that’s another reason to come to class – to learn fun new
